Specialist care for your children

Baby Room – from 6 weeks up until 2 years, children follow the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’. In a stimulating environment, they learn through sensory experiences and messy play. They can move around safely and freely under close supervision by Nursery Practitioners who provide everyday encouragement and praise.

Children develop their crawling and walking skills and stand independently as they grow. In this stimulating environment the children find their confidence and are encouraged to discover things for themselves by exploring and participating in floor activities.

2-3’s – children follow the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage in a stimulating environment, children learn to socialise together with a mixture of activities and free play.

They are encouraged to be healthy, happy, independent and confident. They are supported in making their own choices and decisions and can develop their own ideas with support practitioners.

3-5’s – children follow the “Early Years Foundation Stage” in a stimulating environment. Children are encouraged to become ‘school ready’. They are encouraged to further develop their communication skills, counting, critical thinking, motor skills and discovery of the environment with support of practitioners.

Free early learning for 2,3 & 4 year olds

To enable all children to reach their full potential, the Government fund up to 15 hours free early learning each week for 38 weeks per year for some 2 year olds, and all 3 & 4 year olds.

Some 3 & 4 year-old children can be funded for 30 hours each week for 38 weeks per year.

A fee is charged for all meals and snacks for your child.
